I'm Darryl Barnett, a New Jersey based wedding and portrait photographer who loves my job and all that goes with it. The primary areas I serve are New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware, but I've also worked in New York and Maryland.

My portfolio includes Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, family portraits, headshots and commercial shoots, but my specialty is wedding photography. Over the past eight years, I've had the privilege of being a photographer on over 500 weddings, helping brides and grooms document their special day in a photojournalistic fashion. Nothing makes me happier than to see the look of joy in a couple's face as they look through their completed wedding album for the first time, reliving their special day.

Once your images are ready, you will have the opportunity to choose which products you would like to purchase.

If you're in the early stages of planning and just looking for pricing and general information you can access my pricing guide here: Pricing Guide.

If you already have the pricing, you can fill out the contact form to provide details including your wedding date, location, and telling me about what you are looking for, then schedule a time for a Phone Call or Zoom Meeting so you have the opportunity to ask any questions and so I can get to know you and your fiancé / partner.

If you decide you would like to move forward with securing the date, I will send an online proposal to accept and an agreement for your review and sign as well as a request a $500.00 retainer to hold the date. Once the agreement and retainer have been completed, I am all yours!

My venue requires that all of my vendors have liability insurance. Are you insured?

Can you help us with a timeline for the day of the wedding?

Absolutely! I never go into a wedding day without a timeline and a plan to ensure that we have enough time for me to be creative, recover from any challenges and to make certain that you have the best experience possible.

Ideally, I’d like to meet in person or over a Zoom Meeting about 1.5 to 2 months before your wedding date to discuss size of bridal party, size of immediate family, logistics, transportation, ceremony start time and photography goals in order to give you a suggestion of a timeline.

Darryl was amazing from the beginning. He sat down with myself, then with my now husband, and again after the wedding. He captured our day beautifully! Darryl put my husband at ease and helped him feel extremely comfortable during our engagement shoot and wedding. My husband is NOT into having his picture taken, but Darryl really made it enjoyable and was extremely personable so my husband actually liked the entire process. Darryl made us feel so comfortable that we told our best friends about him and how he helped my husband and worked with us. They booked him too!
